The Critical Hire®-Profile test is 'pre-job offer' qualified, which allows it to be administered at any point in the hiring process.  When to use the Critical Hire®-Profile is up to you... during the application, after the initial screenings, before interviews, or before making the hiring decision.  

Once the applicant has finished answering the questions, the confidential Profile report is prepared and shared with the employer who made the request using a HIPPA compliant delivery Email system.  

Applicants usually complete the Critical Hire® - Profile test questions in about 15 minutes.

Once the applicant completes the test, an easily understood report is prepared, using language employers appreciate.  The report is transmitted in a secure manner, back to the employer who ordered the request.  

The Critical Hire®-Profile should not be used as the only means of determining suitability for employment. Testing results should accompany other selection criteria and processes such as an interview, background investigations, and/or reference checks.

Each report costs $25. Invoices will be provided daily.  

It is typical for hiring agencies to use multiple tests and methords to assess candidates. The Critical Hire^® Profile has been found valuable in its ability to share an early look at a candidate’s level of integrity, honesty, and personality traits – complimenting other tests, and assessments, like the MMPI2, MMPI-RF or PAI.
